They did not change her often when she had a bowel movement and one time I walked in her room and her untouched dinner tray was all the way across the out of reach. The social worker kept trying to tell us that she was suffering from mental loss and possible Alzheimer’s, not my mother. Her mind is sharper than the average person.I would NEVER put a loved one in this place again. There were a couple of people who seemed to enjoy helping but for the most part, assistance was very limited.
